Save Big on This Great Site for Kids!

I love being able to spend time with my son. Just watching his eyes light up when he see something new, hears a new sound or finds out he is able to say or do something new is not only an indescribably proud moment for him, but for me as well. Of course, that is precisely why many parents find a great deal of enjoyment in educating their children at home.

Preparing your child for preschool or kindergarten does not have to be difficult, so there’s no need to be intimidated.  In fact, there are lots of fabulous websites available that you and your child can visit to help make the teaching and learning process a lot simpler. One of the best kids websites I’ve come across is ABCMouse and they are currently running a special that will allow you to  save over 45% with award-winning children’s fun learning site: ABCmouse.com now through August 31st, 2011.

Recommended for kids aged 2-5, this step-by-step learning site has six different levels of learning and more than 150 different activities per level. What does this mean for you and your child? It means no more wasting time scouring the Internet to find age appropriate activities. Are there more advantages? Of course! By starting your child’s education early with fun learning activities, you have the opportunity to establish a lifelong interest in learning in your child.

My own personal review of this site is well above satisfactory. My son loves it and he’s already begun mastering the level 1 activities at two and a half years old. He enjoys the preschool stories and songs, but he really likes the wide array of printables! (I have to admit that this is influenced by the fact that he thinks it’s cool that the printer spits them out like magic, but we do color and complete the activities.) Some of the games are a bit challenging for him still, but he’s learning and loving it – and I am too!

For me and my son, I think it was a small price to pay to find a wide array of educational activities that my son enjoys. It also saves me a ton of time. I work from home and have absolutely ridiculous hours already because of interruptions, so saving time whenever I can is super important.

What website does your preschool age child like most? What types of educational activities does he or she enjoy?
