Tummy Tuck Belt Review – Does It Really Work?

Tummy Tuck Belt

Looking for a Way to Slim Down without Diet or Exercise? The Tummy Tuck Belt Might Be Your Answer!

I have to say, I was really excited about the opportunity to review the Tummy Tuck Belt. The Tummy Tuck Belt Miracle Slimming System is advertised as one that works without the need to diet or exercise. Now, I normally don’t get that excited about about products like this because many are all hype. After reading about the Tummy Tuck Belt and catching the infomercial on TV, I have to admit that this one looked like it was really promising.

Tummy Tuck Belt ReviewThe Tummy Tuck Belt Miracle Slimming System arrived quickly and was carefully packaged. Here’s what my box looked like and the contents inside were well packaged with a nice divider to separate everything.

The package included the Tummy Tuck Belt, the Thermal Accelerator cream, a DVD, an instructional/informational manual, measuring tape and a coupon for $5 off your next bottle of Thermal Accelerator. Tummy Tuck Belt - What Comes in the Package

The bottle of Thermal Accelerator is very generously sized and I personally feel that if you use only what you actually need to adequately cover your stomach and sides, it should last you just over a month. The included DVD was very helpful, as it shows you how to apply the product and perform the two-minute tummy tightening exercise. Finally, the manual that is included in the package is AWESOME! Not only does the manual explain everything very easily, it also includes a wide array of additional information on foods, diet plans and exercises.

Let me cover the basics of how this is used. Then I’ll begrudgingly show you my before and after photos – not that I’m disappointed with my results. It’s just that I don’t really like showing my belly at all, let alone on the internet!

How the Tummy Tuck Belt Is Used

The Tummy Tuck Belt is a large elastic band that you slip on either over your head or feet first (feet first is my personal preference because I have a large chest, so it’s a lot easier for me to step into it and then pull it up and over my hips. The first few times I used it, I have to admit that it was a little difficult to get into, but it got easier fairly quickly. Here’s a breakdown of how it works. There are 4 super-easy steps.

Tummy Tuck Belt Use - 4 Simple Steps

Tummy Tuck Belt Use - Step 1

Tummy Tuck Belt Use - Step 2

Tummy Tuck Belt Use - Step 3

Tummy Tuck Belt Use - Step 4

Believe it or not, this is EXACTLY what I did. You can do the Tummy Tuck Belt routine twice daily and you can maximize your results if you diet and exercise in addition to using the Tummy Tuck. Granted, I only did it once a day and there were a few days that I didn’t do it at all. Overall, I believe I used it 23 out of the 34 days that I had it. My results? I shudder at the thought of actually publicizing my measurements, so I’m just going to say that my overall inch loss was 4.5 inches. Yes, I lost 4.5 inches in just over a month. I don’t know about you, but I think being able to lose that many inches in such a short period of time is just amazing!

You can see my before and after pictures below. Don’t judge me for my belly – or my pj’s!

Pretty cool, huh? And I promise you that I didn’t do anything but those four simple steps shown above. In fact, I’ve probably eaten worse while using the Tummy Tuck Belt than I have in a long time because we went out to dinner a few times while my sister was in town, plus I caved a few times last month and got me and the fam some fast food and ordered pizza twice. Yikes! Not to mention seeing the Kathryn Beich Chocolate Fundraiser bars at the bank last week. Ugh!

The only thing I don’t like about the Tummy Tuck Belt is the fact that it has a tendency to roll down at the top and up at the bottom. I’m sure that has something to do with the size of my top and bottom, but it would sure be nice to not have that happen. Other than that, I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE the Tummy Tuck Belt! It is better than anything else I’ve ever tried and I can’t believe how simple it is to use!

Where to Buy the Tummy Tuck Belt Miracle Slimming System

You can get the Tummy Tuck Belt for just 2 payments of $19.99 through the product website. It comes with everything I described above. You can also purchase this product on Amazon.com and I’ve also recently seen it on eBay.com as well. I don’t have a Bed Bath & Beyond near me, but I’ve heard many readers say that they’ve found it there. You’ll eventually have to purchase more of the Thermal Accelerator if you want to continue to use it, but other than that, you should be able to use it for several months and continue to get results. It comes in 3 different sizes as well, so there’s a size for just about everyone! Whether you are male or female, you can use this product and get results.

Update: We’ve had so many people asking about the ingredients of the Thermal Accelerator Cream that I’ve typed them all up. You can find the complete list of ingredients, as listed on the bottle, below.

Many have stated that Tummy Tuck Belt customer service representatives are not forthcoming with the ingredients of the Thermal Accelerator. For those of you that are concerned about the Tummy Tuck Belt Thermal Accelerator ingredients, I’m providing the complete listing of ingredients below. I do not have the actual amounts of each ingredient, as that information is not listed on the bottle. I hope this helps many of you to make a more informed decision.

Tummy Tuck Belt Miracle Slimming System Thermal Accelerator ingredients:

Water, Ethoxydiglycol, C12-15, Alkyl Benzoate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glycerin, Aminophylline, Caffeine, Stearyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, PEG-12 Glyceryl Dimyristate, PEG-23 Glyceryl Distearate, Demethicone, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Triethanol-amine, Phenoxyethanol, Xanthan Gum, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldi-methyltaurate Copolymer, Squalane, Theobroma cacao (cocoa) Extract, Methylparaben, Allantoin, Tocopheryl Acetate, Polysorbate 60, Ethylparaben, Butylparaben, Propylparaben, Isobutylparaben

Regarding the Tummy Tuck Belt Recurring Credit Card Charges

Many have expressed an interest in purchasing additional bottles of the Thermal Accelerator cream, but are not comfortable with the complaints that you’ve read online regarding recurring charges. From what I have read, all of these individuals were charged a bi-monthly fee and shipped two new bottles of the cream every two months. It does state that you will be enrolled into the subscription program on their website, so I do not feel that this is deceptive. For those of you that only want one additional bottle, my suggestion would be to call customer service to see if that is possible. If you’d like two bottles of the Thermal Accelerator, place your order, then cancel your subscription within 10 days of placing your order. That way you are giving them adequate time to cancel your subscription and “should” avoid a future charge. 1. I put my tummy tuck belt on upside down and it really makes a difference and stopped it from rolling up and down. I just started using the belt. I ordered size 3 because I’m an 18-20. I wear the belt all day. I wore it right side up and the belt kept rolling every which way so i wear it upside down and sometimes backwards. It’s nice and smooth today and I’m doing tightening throughout the day and took a ten minute walk. Remember I have to wear it upside down to keep it in place. I have a handy belly and my fat on my belly is starting to blend into my hip area. Will the thermal accelerator work on that fat? I will let you know at a later time. I’m hoping to get a tummy lift.

  2. sheilamills2182 says:

My concern is that there are drugs such as aminophylline in the jel. These drugs may interact with medications that are already being taken. I would think that it would be best to discuss this with a medical professional before applying as the skin can absorb these drugs and may end up in the blood stream.

  3. I heard that any paraben can cause cancer, Is this true?

  4. Nini Paola says:

I ordered the Tummy Tuck, and I’m hoping that I get terrific results from it.

  5. I’m a little confused, the info-commercial says it comes with three different sizes soyou can size down ass you lose inches. But after reading reviews, you have to order all three sizes separately? Is this correct or do the three belts come in your kit? I would love to order, but want to know exactly what i’m getting into.

    • MotherCreative says:

I was asked to choose the size and only received one size with my review product. They do make it in three sizes, but I believe that is so you can purchase a smaller one when you need to size down, as well as to meet the needs of a variety of different people. All three sizes do not come with your order – only the size you request.

  6. Loraine Burke says:

I don’t really know I don’t want to buy it and then it does work I buy a lot of thing I see on tv for my belly fat but it does work I don’t want to waste my money on something that not going to help me I just want my belly to go down because I have fat on it my cloth does fit but I want to buy it but I am afraid it will not work .

  7. i have been using the belt for 5 days and i lost 1 1/2 inch from my stomach is amazing ill be posting mote results throughout my 30 days!!”

  8. former fat bellied lady says:

    Works for me!!

  9. I just got this system unused from my mom who bought it over a year ago but never used it.. I can’t seem to find an expiration date on any of the cream bottles~ do you know if they expire???

    • MotherCreative says:

I’m not sure if they expire or not. I would imagine that the cream would begin to break down at some point, but my bottle didn’t have an expiration date on it that I can remember.

  10. Payel Choudhury says:

I have used lot of tummy tuck belts but all in vain this time also interested to buy but how come I know which size will be perfect for me over my nave it is almost 36″ . Can anybody suggest me the size who
    has used this earlier.

  11. Please could you send your booklet of tummy tuck belt

  12. I have been using the belt for two months. Sometimes twice a day, sometimes once a day and I usually miss the weekend and I am not seeing a difference. I do the two min exercise and wear the belt for the full ten minutes. Don’t know what the problem is.

    • MotherCreative says:

Are you using the thermal accelerator cream with the belt? Also, are you doing the exercises correctly? Even without the cream, if you’ve been doing the exercises correctly and twice daily for 2 months, you should see a difference with that alone. I could feel my muscles tightening when I did the exercises. They literally quivered the first few weeks when I was doing the exercises because they weren’t used to being worked out. Do you notice that with your stomach muscles?

  13. Hi,

    I’m a 52 year old grandmother of 8. I’ve had 4
back surgeries and cannot do basic core
Strengthening of much cardio. Thusly resulting in my midsection becoming larger. I’m a small framed
Woman. A size 4/6 usually. But I’m unhappy with my tummy and would love to try this. I can do walks and swim. Do u think this would be a good product
    For me to try.

Thank u in advance for any input u have

    • MotherCreative says:

I would suggest that you speak with your physician prior to undertaking any exercise routines, as this does require some very basic core exercise. In addition, the belt is very constrictive and I had a difficult time getting it on the first few times, but that did get easier for me after the first few uses. If you have back issues, I’m not sure that it would be as simple for you. Again, I suggest consulting your physician. You’re welcome to provide them with this link so that they have a better idea of what types of exercises you would have to do, as well as how tight the belt is once its on. If you and your physician feel that it’s something your body can tolerate, I would definitely consider it. This has been the single, easiest method I’ve tried so far that has reduced the size of my stomach in a fairly short amount of time.

  14. Do you think its gonna work on love handles? Thats my main priority to loose fat off of.

    • MotherCreative says:

It reduced a little of the fat from mine, but definitely not all of it. The main area it works on is the abdomen. I noticed that there was some tightening on my sides and back as well, but it wasn’t nearly as much as I saw in my stomach area. I did start doing twist-style exercises to reduce my love handles and it seemed to help reduce them. My only regret is that I didn’t start those exercises until after I had stopped using the belt. I’m curious as to whether or not that would have helped to speed the loss. I imagine it may have, but without proof of that, I can’t state it as truth.

  15. I’ve never posted a comment on a reviww or blog but I feel confident MotherCreative and I are kindred spirits. Your response to the previous comment was classic! Its obvious you tried to wear the same type pants and photos were taken at the same mirror. I appreciate the time you took to provide your honest, thorough review.

  16. Just started trying the belt 3 days ago in combination with walking on treadmill and Garcinia Cambogia and Cleanse Dietary supplements. Have lost 11 Lbs in two weeks and in the 3 days of using the belt 1 inch. So far I am pleased and will continue for 30-60 days. Has anyone experience the issues of being added to a membership. When I ordered I declined all the extra’s they tried to sell. Just wondering?

  17. Ok so I am going to share my first time using the Tummy Tuck Belt.
First off, not sure it is made for the extra large person that has back fat and a shelf booty. I got the largest size offered and was rather scared wondering how I was going to get this small piece of material onto my massive body. After several minutes of tugging, pulling, huffing, puffing and swearing I finally got it in place, (I like to think that was my aerobic exercises) only to have it immediately start rolling down and up in the back. Again after much twisting, tugging and more swearing, I gave up and decided to trying the exercises.
Tried the tummy contraction as showed on the video, but with every tightening and contraction, the belt would roll down even more. After about five minutes I gave up, pulled the belt back up into place and laid down on the floor to do ab crunches and leg lifts. By the time I was done with the floor exercises my ten minutes were about up. The belt was much easier to pull off.
Now I am supposed to do this twice a day and I am so glad that there is no one about to see me do this tummy tuck belt mambo. I am also glad a have a good sense of humor and saw the funny side to all of this.
I was wondering if there were any other women out there who had a similar experience with the belt.

    • MotherCreative says:

I had a problem with the belt rolling up from the bottom near my butt and down at the top, so you’re not alone. I did notice that as I used the belt, it stopped happening. I don’t know if it was because I stretched it out to finally fit me or if it was because my body finally grew accustomed to it, but when it stopped happening, it was much less frustrating.

  18. your story and pictures of the inches you lost would be more believable IF you took the after picture with the same pants on and from the same side of your body………looks like two different people to me and i would imagine that you are either part of the company selling this product ??? It always is so suspect when anyone’s before and after pictures are NOT taken in EXACTLY the same situations…..same clothes, same light, same angle for the picture, etc……..same with all the wrinkle reducing and skin tightening pictures……they are all at different angles and in different so to make the results look more believable, however, they are NOT …………..just like your supposed results.

  19. MotherCreative says:

You’re entitled to your opinion, Sheila. However, I do not work for the company and never have. The only thing that I have received from them was the product to try for the purpose of this review, as I clearly disclosed in my post.

I do hate to burst your bubble, but I assure you that the photos are real. They are both of me and were both taken in my entryway, in front of my front door. This was my first time reviewing a product of this nature, so I took the images to document my own experience with the product, as I do for any of my reviews. In my opinion, my results were quite good and obviously visible regardless of the angle or side of my body because my stomach was visibly tighter and toner than it was before. I fail to see how the pants or top I chose to wear for either picture would have resulted in my stomach looking at all different, as both pair of pants had a loose elastic waist. I truly wish you would have been here to take the photos though. My four-year-old just couldn’t manage the camera and it’s quite difficult to take a photo of your own stomach one-handed. Besides, you could have informed me of how to pose and what clothing to wear to authenticate the images in your eyes. Evidently that’s important to you, but none of the 117 other readers that commented. I imagine the other commenters realize that I’m a real person and not a paid actor that’s being instructed on how to pose or what to wear.

Finally, I do not appreciate your attempt to discredit me or this review – - especially when you can’t even take the time to properly capitalize or punctuate. You obviously know where the “shift” and “.” keys are. You clearly used the shift key in an attempt to make some of your words stand out and, although your fingers managed to find the period key, you chose to use it incorrectly. For someone that seems so hell-bent on challenging my review and my photos, I must say that I’m quite surprised you couldn’t manage to make your statements look more intelligent.

  20. Oh my!

This response had me laughing pretty hard, using those muscles! hahahaha. Thanks for the review, I believe I will order this, in hopes of being thinner.

  21. MotherCreative says:

Hey, using a muscle counts for something, right? Glad I could help and best of luck on your slimming journey :)

  22. I have some concerns are you still here to help?

  23. MotherCreative says:

    What are your concerns?
