Tasty Tuesday

The other day I was going through my Facebook page and one of my friends posted the following recipe. I happened to have everything needed to make these little treats so I decided to give it a whirl and I am so glad that I did. Oatmeal balls

Here is what you need:

1 cup (dry) oatmeal

1/2 cup chocolate chips( I used white chocolate chips because that is what I had on hand and they worked perfectly)

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/3 cup honey

1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll into bite size balls. Refrigerate to set. Enjoy!! I would recommend doubling the recipe as these are sure to go fast!
